Start an Exchange or Return

Please note that all exchange and return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receipt.

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Select Submit a Return.
  3. Enter the order number and email address used on the order.
  4. Review the order and select the item for return.
  5. Select reason for return and return resolution.
  6. Add comments and take pictures if there are any defects on the items.
  7. After the return is approved, please ship within 5 days to this address:

    The refund or exchange will be processed once the item is returned to the store.

    Authorization Required

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase from peri-a.com, please request an exchange or return within 10 days of delivery using the steps above.

    Upon receiving proper authorization, the Product must be shipped within 5 days. Any Product not shipped within 5 days of receiving authorization is not eligible for an exchange or refund.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    • Customers may only exchange a product for the same product and not for something different.

    • Products returned without prior authorization are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

    Product Condition

    Products must be returned in new, unworn and resalable condition, with all original tags attached (including but not limited to all designer and PERI.A tags), and authenticity cards and dust bags included. Used or damaged products will not be accepted.

    When will I get my exchange or refund?

    Exchanges for a different size, color, etc. are subject to availability.

    Refunds are credited to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your form of payment.

    Shipping Fees

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the reason for return is PERI.A's fault or error.

    • PERI.A will cover the cost of exchange shipping back to the customer.

    Can I bring my return back into the store in person?

    Sorry, we cannot accept walk-ins. Please return items online.

    What if my item arrived damaged?
