Return Policy

Authorization Required

If you are not satisfied with a product or item that you purchase on this site (a “Product”), you must request your exchange or return within 10 days from delivery of the Product to you; however, you may only exchange a Product for the same product or item and not something different. The exchange or return of any Product permitted under our Return Policy requires prior authorization, as such Product may be Final Sale* and not eligible for exchange or return under our Return Policy. Please contact us at youbettershop@peri-a.com or (310) 659-9940 to obtain such prior authorization. Any Product returned without such prior authorization will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Any Product for which you timely obtain our prior authorization must be sent to us within 5 days after we give such authorization. Any Product not sent to us within 5 days after we give such authorization will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Further, we cannot be responsible for any returned Product prior to our receipt of the same. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility, unless the reason for the return is due to our fault or error.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchange of a Product for a different size, color, etc. will be subject to availability. Our refund will be credited to the original payment method. If your order has been sent to a destination within the United States, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the United States, customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable through us. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of any return or exchange.

Required Condition

In no event will any exchange or refund be authorized or permitted unless and until we receive the Product in the condition required under our Return Policy. The Product must be returned to us in new, unworn and resalable condition, not used or damaged, with all original tags attached (including but not limited to all designer and Peri.A tags), and authenticity cards and dust bags included.

*Final Sale

Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything to the contrary on this site, sales of all of the following Products are FINAL and NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

  • Special Order Products

  • Products purchased during a flash sale or using a promo code

  • Any other Product noted as being final sale at the time of your order

  • All items on Sale

Repeated Returns

We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your account.
